Job Description

■Client Programmer
Your job will be to develop cross-platform applications using Unreal Engine, Unity, Cocos2d-x and similar programs.
Furthermore you will be responsible for developing online applications for smartphones.
This entails designing tools for app development, adding new functions as well as performance tuning of current ones.

Client: Unity, Unreal Engine, Cocos2d, Cocos2d-x

◯Necessary Skills and Experience
・Game development experience using C++
・Experience producing commercial titles
・Ability to cooperate with co-workers from other fields
・Ability to communicate ideas for improved methods and solutions based on your perspective as a client programmer

◯Necessary Experience for Mid-Career Applicants
・Experience developing using Unity (Self-study is accepted)
・Experience developing using cocos2d and cocos2d-x (Self-study is accepted)
・Experience developing Android applications (Self-study is accepted)
・Experience developing iOS applications (Self-study is accepted)
※Experience with developing for a business or the release of an original app is preferred.

◯Desirable Skills and Experience
・High-end game programming experience
・Work experience in programming games for smartphones (iOS/Android)
・Leadership experience

■Server Programmer
The job centers around designing,
developing and operating high-capacity server networks for smart devices such as smartphones and tablets.

The job entails...
・Design, construction and maintenance of server configuration
・Installation, tuning and maintenance of middleware
・System monitoring, data maintenance and troubleshooting
・Writing reports, testing latest middleware implementations, analyzing data etc.

◯The Tools We Are Currently Using
Server: LAMP (Linux + Apache + MySQL + PHP, Perl, Python)

◯Necessary Skills and Experience
・Development work experience using either PHP, Ruby, Python, Perl or Java
・Work experience in Linux/Apache/MySQL server construction and operation
・Ability to cooperate with co-workers from other fields.
・Ability to communicate ideas for improved methods and solutions based on your perspective as a server programmer

◯Necessary Experience for Mid-Career Applicants
・Experience developing Web applications (Not limited to games)
・Experience developing online games
・Experience developing Linux server
※Experience with developing for a business or the release of an original server is preferred.

◯Desirable Skills and Experience
・Experience with the construction and maintenance of IT infrastructure
・Experience in design, development or maintenance of an E-commerce site
・Experience in database design
・Leadership experience
