Job Description

■Operating Staff
Your job will be to analyze problems reported by customers and give feedback within and outside the company.
Furthermore you will be responsible for managing the game servers.

■Operating Director
You will be planning marketing strategies from the customer's perspective and overlook the process of development as well as operations.

■Game Planner
As a game planner you will plan projects based on the market demand and with the customer's wishes in mind.
Apart from game development you will also be part of operations after its release to the public. This includes data creation, game balance, event planning, and supervising updates.

・MySQL
・Office software (Excel, PowerPoint)

◯Necessary Skills and Experience
・Basic knowledge of KPI
・Experience with office software (Excel, Powerpoint)
・Ability to cooperate with co-workers from other fields
・Ability to communicate ideas for improved methods and solutions based on your perspective as a planner and operations staff

◯Necessary Experience for Mid-Career Applicants
・Experience working in the game industry
・Leadership experience

◯Desirable Skills and Experience
・Experience with CS, MySQL and programming
・Directing experience
・Writing skills at copywriting level
・Knowledge about Game programs
・Photoshop skills
・An artistic streak
